Walkable to the train station and right across the street from laundry.
The creaky toilets.
The personalize letter of welcome and the present for us ( delicious cookies).Short distance for center and the train station) and 15 minutes for airport. Very good
Good location in relation to the train station although it was difficult to find as are most hotels in these small European cities because of all the streets that are difficult to navigate and the large amount of hotels that most locals can't easlily point you to. However, as long as you have the address and the name, you can generally find someone in the first few people you speak to that can direct you to your hotel. In tihs case, we found the hotel within the first fifteen minutes by foot, which was pretty good considering we didn't properly prepare ourselves with a map of the hotel location.
The location of this hotel was good but it was not great in relation to other hotels in Florence. The street that it was on was in an area that was where a number of the different north african cultures appeared to reside and I don't mean this to be in any sort of prejudiced way at all, but at night time when you were on the streets or heading back to the hotel with our wives, you just didn't feel as comfortable as you would have fealt if you were in a hotel closer to the center of town. But saying this, I was never approached by anyone or had anyone say anything to me, so maybe it is just my tourist paranoia that was making me think this way. I still think that this is not unlike any other situation or location where you need to be more aware of your surroundings after 11 at night.
It was the worst hotel in which I have ever stayed in my life. Small, absolutely lightless and cold room with a tiny window looking on the tree. It did not have upper light so it was dark the whole day. The bathroom was also very tight and did not have bathtub. It was so humid that even the towels did not dry during the night. We felt ourselves like in a crypt. The hotel can not have even 3 stars. It is terribly overpriced.
You have a tremendous staff. They are most helpful and caring and honestly my daughter and I met two new friends. In particular Alessandra and Giatta went above and beyond to help us in every way. They are both outstanding people. Nothing was too much for them at any time day or night. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay and we will tell others about your courteous service.
We liked everything.
The cleanliness of the room and free WIFI
not really, everything is perfect for the price we paid.
best hotel in wich we stay in lasgt few years, my recomodatino for everyone
Nice hotel, staffs are really helpful!
The hotel is close to the city center, is clean and the staff friendly. The parking garage is 100 meters away.
The location and the staff...they are always available to help in a lovely way....
I think they could put some rugs in the room, mainly in the cold weather
It was near the river Arno, small restaurants and design shops (for window shopping). Within a 5 minute walk to Santa Maria Novella and 10 minutes to the Duomo. The staff was very warm and welcoming.
I expected small rooms, but this room was very small. A balcony made it actually feel more spacious and offered a "room with a view". The narrow street between the train station and hotel is safe, but not lovely like most Florence streets. I changed my walking route, and travelled along the river and over one block to find high end window shopping and a more pleasant environment.
Close to central train station
Garden-side room was full of mosquitos! Had to kill more than 10 of them to be able to sleep! Had to change the room to the street side.
The staff was very freindly and helpful.
The hotel has a bar across the streeet and it is VERY loud and noisy.
Nice room and good location, 5 minutes walk to railway station
The washing room is not so good
The staff were good Te room was cleaned in best way
The room was very small
